I would just like to take this quick opportunity to thank all the Team for all your help and assistance with the ClimaCheck PA PRO Performance Analyser.

 

As you know, I attended your F Gas J11 Course recently and it was at this Course that the benefits of such a system were explained.

I immediately saw this product offering my company a significant boost, in terms of enabling us to offer our clients a substantially better service.

 

The main characteristics of ClimaCheck are the cost effectiveness, the ease at which the system can be set up and run and the amount of useful AC&R system detail that is then subsequently obtained.

 

Of particular interest to me were running costs / superheat / sub-cooling, power input, compressor efficiency and system COP. Also, as you are aware, I am a qualified Air Conditioning Assessor via CIBSE for both Simple and Complex systems. ClimaCheck will make system assessments much easier and will enable me to produce far more thorough Reports.

 

This is what prompted us to order the ClimaCheck PA Pro Portable System and, as I remember, the equipment was delivered within an impressive 4 weeks of my Order placement, even though my Order was heavily customised in terms of accessories to suit the wide range of inspection work I have to handle.

 

When the equipment arrived, I was impressed with your Team's enthusiasm and availability in assisting me with setting up the software on my MAC Laptop, especially as this was the first MAC application you’d encountered!

 

The Training Session that you recently provided was especially useful. As you know, I had several questions prior to the Training Session, all of which were adequately answered.

 

The ClimaCheck system is now fully operational and being used every week. The WiFi connection is making my life especially easier, allowing me to set up the system and then retire to another part of the building to analyse results.

 

We have carried out a large number of Assessments. Interestingly, the vast majority of Water Chillers assessed were found to have significant faults.

 

This included issues such as low refrigerant charge, incorrectly set TEV’s and so on. ClimaCheck not only allows us to identify these faults; it does this in such a technically adept way that then enable clients to act effectively in rectifying defects as a result of our Assessments.
